Today’s guest is Jill Douglas.
Jill will focus on how the body is the vessel that contains who we are, and its health is the foundation for how much we get to express ourselves in the world with what we believe we are here to do.
She will highlight the connection between our body, mind and skin and how vital it is to put non-toxic things in and on the body. I will share about Arbonne's standards and products and how they differ from what else you'll find in the grocery stores or from common brands.
Jill will also share specific things people can do now to promote better health for themselves and offer to connect to dive deeper into their individual needs.
Jill has had a passion for people and the planet ever since she was a child. She has studied different aspects of environmental health and worked for The Nature Conservancy and the Forest Service as well as many other local nature centers and organizations throughout the US. Jill has always wanted to connect people and the planet in a way that left people taking better care of the planet.
When she began her business as an independent consultant with Arbonne, Jill found a platform to combine her love of people and serving others with her passion for a cleaner world. She continuously expands her knowledge of the toxicity of common personal care products as well as the numerous aspects of how our food and diet impacts our health: body, mind and skin.
She is on a mission to expand her own knowledge and keep sharing it with others, so that more people can live a vibrant life where they get to flourish. She believes the more people living a healthy lifestyle in mind and body, will also lead to more fulfillment for people and a thriving global community.
