The exhibition in Venice Italy was extraordinary! It was such a pleasure after so much creating, planning and logistics to see the whole project together including the video projections on the floor.
It was thrilling to see people interact with the installation. It was an honor to exhibit with the European Cultural Centre and with such a broad spectrum of Artists from around the world! I’m grateful to Shannon Morris and the Curators Studio for all of the wisdom and coordination and so many conversations.
I’m also grateful for my dear friend Kelly Young who came with me and made the whole trip so much fun!
I got a taste of what it is like to play on the global stage as an artist, I stepped into the uncharted waters and see new horizons available and there’s a gap I now see to execute my visions of who I am as an artist and a contribution internationally.
I’m also very grateful to all of the organizations and collectors who contributed to the project financially through mainly purchased works and some donations. Especially Spalding Nix Fine Art for all of the support.
Thank you everyone for contributing to having this dream come true to exhibit work in Venice in conjunction with the Venice Biennale!
I’m inspired to participate in the 61st biennale exhibitions and will begin earlier with plans! More to come!
If you want to contribute in some way you are welcome to! Here's my GoFundMe
